Felicity McKane (she/her)
The first thing that we did was bring in this big farmhouse table that seats 8-10 easily.
Of course, big fancy decorations are awesome too, but even just little things around a room can cozy things up and boost everyone’s spirits..So here’s the living room this season:.
I honestly don’t think it’s really all that well-suited to having its picture taken right now because there isn’t really a focal point and we’re still holding off on getting a new coffee table and replacing the console table that Jack somehow managed to dismantle in the last few months since he’s been walking. It’s actually really nice and comfortable and lovely to be in this room right now with all the little reminders of fall, our favorite season, all around..There are pumpkins, of course, that I picked up at the grocery store when I was there anyway one day.
So that really took no time at all!And bonus: Jack now knows what a pumpkin is and doesn’t call them apples anymore!
Education through decorating!.
Baby pumpkins fit anywhere, always look cute, and are really quick and easy.. I’ve been trying to find some fall wreaths to put in my windows but I couldn’t find any that I liked so I just glued some indian corn from the grocery store to some grapevine wreaths and used those.Get to painting!
Hey, you could even start that painting project right now if you wanted to.What’s stopping you?Well everyone, last week I posted my first Christmas-themed post of the year and I wasn’t sure if you were ready for it.
I was definitely anticipating some pumpkins being thrown my way, but it looks like I was wrong!ready to get into the holiday spirit and so.
