): A new bedside table to replace the little white one and some fun projects in the corner where the bassinet will go once the new baby boy gets here!Oh my goodness, did Kennedy ever love making these!
The “liner” is really just a piece of ribbon I stuck on there.. Oh well, I have just the right solution to cover this up….Who would have guessed?.
So just to recap, here’s what happened:.OK, now lets all go make about a million of these!.Oh, and in case you were wondering, those are green onions I’m trying to grow in the background..
Which, apparently, cats eat.Or Sammy does, anyway.
At least he’s cute. The weather the other morning was so neat and atmosphery.. Know what I mean?.
It was like driving through the opening sequence of classic horror movie as I came home from dropping Kennedy off at school. This dining room gets to become the fun room!
The one we can keep pretty and then only use on special occasions, like maybe if we have a special Holiday breakfast for just a few people, or something like that. It’s a good thing too.
That furniture was made in 1867 and probably could use a break if we want it to last for another 150 years!.I added some simple greenery and a neutral runner, along with some basic clear glass pieces to create a look that’s a little bit festive, but will still feel perfect for Winter after the holidays are over.. With all of the clean up that’s going to be happening right after Christmas, it will be so nice to have a room that can just stay as-is and be enjoyed a little while longer.
